Amaravati, September 16, 2022: Stating that the Andhra Pradesh government is fully committed to provide piped drinking water to all the households by 2024, Rural Water Supply (RWS) engineer-in-chief RV Krishna Reddy on Thursday said that the government has empanelled 42 Implementing Support Agencies (ISAs) to play critical role as partners in the programme implementation.
He said that the ISAs have to play a big role in mobilizing and engaging the communities to plan, design, implement, manage, operate & maintain in-village water supply infrastructure. According to the reports published in timesofindia.indiatimes.com
Reddy was addressing a state-level workshop on Jal Jeevan Mission.
He said that the chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is very particular in completing the scheme by 2024 in order to provide safe drinking water to all the residents in the state.
