Vijayawada, September 27, 2021: Prakasam police on Sunday arrested seven persons for stealing shrimps from various places in the district.
The accused are L Parameswara Rao, C Srinu, C Yesuratnam, B Srinivasarao, R Chejarlarao, C Anjaneyulu and N Gouru Naidu according to the reports published in timesofindia.indiatimes.com.
Police said the accused used to do recce of shrimp tanks in the day and steal them at night. The shrimp was sold in markets at Ongole and Guntur.
